Stainless steel spoon and spatula ends are coated with brown Fluo-KemŽ TeflonŽ containing FEP, which complies with FDA regulations governing direct food contact, to provide an anti-stick, corrosion resistant surface. 4mm ( 5/32") diameter rod is flattened at one end to give a 8 x 51mm (5/16" x 2") spatula. The opposite end is a 13 x 25mm (1/2" x 1") spoon. Overall length is 229mm (9").
