This Vacuum Chamber is useful for vacuum drying, degassing and teaching demonstrations. The chamber top is molded of clear polycarbonate for full visibility and will withstand a full vacuum at room temperature. A strong ABS plastic plate with an O-ring seals against the chamber's flange. The polypropylene stopcock with TeflonŽ TFE plug accepts 6.4mm (1/4") I.D. tubing. The chamber I.D. is 20cm (7 7/8") and maximum inside height is 11cm (4 3/8 "). The plate is 44mm (1 3/4 ") high and 232mm (9 1/8") in diameter.
