	Lake Charles Manufacturing guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via the following services where such services are available, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico: UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.® - Guaranteed overnight delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities. Additional locations guaranteed by 10:00 a.m. UPS Next Day Air® - Guaranteed overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination UPS Next Day Air Saver® - Affordable end-of-day guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico UPS 2nd Day Air A.M® - Guaranteed morning delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon on all your second business day shipments to commercial locations in the 50 states UPS 2nd Day Air® - Guaranteed delivery to every address in the 50 states (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day UPS 3 Day Select® - Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states UPS Ground® - Guaranteed day-definite delivery to every address in the U.S. 50 states and Puerto Rico "Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: - New Year's Day - Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Day after Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day - Day after Christmas Day - New Year's Eve
Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
